Q: What materials are the candles made of?
A: Our candles are made with high quality and highly refined soy blend with paraffin wax. This creates the utmost fragrant candles with an exceptional scent throw. We also use a high quality organic soy only in some of our candles, which will be marked "Soy Wax".
Q: What about CA Prop 65?
A: All of our products are free from phthalates, parabens, formaldehyde and prop 65 chemicals. We never use lead or zinc wicks.
Q: What kind of wicks do you use?
A: Our wicks are all cotton flat corded. They come in different sizes depending on testing, containers and fragrance.
Q: How long does it take to recieve my purchase?
A: Most orders will ship the next business day. Any custom or "made at order" candles will be shipped approx 7 business days from order date.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: I do not accept returns, however it is my hope to ensure all customers and clients are very happy about thier candle experience with me. Use the contact form to tell me the issue or corncern and I will contact you.
Q: Are you bonded or insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured as a manufacturer, to market, as well as after market to consumer.
